Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join our team in the Naples/Bonita Springs, FL location. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing new advertising business for the purpose of growing our media channels. Boating and fishing is our niche market and we have over 3 million subscribers through the country.

Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive new sales
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, video, and social media
- Network with various groups/shows to develop brand awareness
- Drive new sales calling on business owners and decision makers within territory
- Oversee the production of advertising materials, design, ad layout, making adjustments as needed
- Manage positive relationships with customers

Experience:
- Proven sales experience in advertising or outside sales
- Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms; word, excel, etc.
- Outside sales in a B2B environment is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
